The General company for Iraqi ports announced about an investment opportunity to build a residential complex with the following specifications:
1 – An area of 128 acres of the project.
2 – The project consist of two-story buildings each containing four apartments.
3 – Each apartment has a garage with its own separate door and a small garden.
4 – The project contains service buildings (2 schools, clinic, police station, kindergarten, market, gardens and playgrounds, green spaces, cultural and social center, a mosque, nursery).
5 – The apartments must be equipped with electrically continuous 24 hours included the national electricity in additional to providing a large generator and all electricity companies established must be Buried and don’t distort the picture compound.
6 – The company which wants to create the complex must be account the cost of each apartment in the case of the implementation of the service buildings such as schools and clinics and costing in the case of non-implementation of these buildings.
7 – The company must be sets the amount provided in cash, which must be paid by the employee and how much is the ratio of it’s of the total cost of the apartment.
8 – Calculate the remaining cost on installments (15 – 20) years.
9 – The complex must be provided with Unit for water desalination
